We apologize for this inconvenience . If you receive an order with a manufacturing defect, we will bear all shipping costs for the order and will provide you with one of the following options:
1- We will replace the product with a new one and send it to you for free
2- Refund the full amount of the defective order to your bank account
Conditions for exchange/refund of defective goods:
1- The exchange/return period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the order
2- There is a possibility that the model to be replaced has expired and we cannot provide it to you
