According to the following conditions:
1- The exchange/return period is 100 days from the date of receipt of the order
2- Exchange fees for the first time is free inside KSA only
2- The return fee is 20 riyals, deducting the application value
3- There is a possibility that the model to be replaced has expired and we cannot provide it to you
4- Exchanges and returns may take from 7 to 30 business days
5- The order must be in its original, new and in unused condition
6- The order must be in its original packaging without removing it and its original box
7- If the order (exchanged/returned) is sent and it turns out that it is used or there is any difference in the condition of the product (such as: damage to the product, package or packaging), the exchange or return will be rejected and the customer will be charged a shipping fee of an additional 45 riyals.
8- If your request was a special offer or discount, and it expired before or after your request for a replacement, we will not be able to provide the same offer or discount to you.
9- When returning special offers and discounts, the entire offer must be returned. For example, if you purchased one offer and the second at a discount or for free, the entire offer must be returned.
10- The customer’s order return shipping service is considered a service that we are not obligated to do, and it has been provided for the convenience of customers. We have the right to cancel it, stop it, or not provide it without any reason. The customer can ship his order to our warehouses at his own expense, and the customer bears responsibility for the delivery and safety of the order until it reaches us. .
The amount is returned to the customer according to the payment method used:
