Product warranty period: 100 days from the date of purchase
Warranty include:
Manufacturing defects
Thread breakage
Debonding silver and metal
Metal color change or rust (if not exposed to water)
Fracture of wood or stone due to a manufacturing defect
If a product is found to be defective after inspection by our technician, we will repair the product or replace it with a new one or similar product
* The customer must pay the cost of shipping the order to our warehouse so that we can repair the product. The cost of shipping the product is estimated at 39 riyals inside sadui , if the customer is outside saudi , they should handle shipping the products to our warehouse
We are not responsible for any damages/losses/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or use of the products.
The warranty does not include or cover:
1- Misuse
2- Discounted goods and special offers such as (buy one and get the second free and all other offers and discounts)
3- Problems due to excessive consumption of the product
4- Problems due to negligence on the part of the customer, either through incorrect use, incorrect storage or due to natural disasters
5 Malfunctions due to falling, violent vibration, exposure of the product to dust, dirt, water, colours, dirt or rust due to the product being exposed to excessive moisture.
6- Natural corrosion or natural decomposition of colors and materials over time, exposure to the sun, or intensive use
